Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading a project team to deliver implementation and/or upgrade services on the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application platform. The primary responsibilities for this position will be to work closely with client management teams to identify business requirements and develop project plans, budgets and other project deliverables as well as define application delivery strategies. A major focus of this role will be to identify, recommend and lead the implement team efforts serving as project team liaison to the business for project schedule, budget, and issue resolution alternatives.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of prior consulting experience with a minimum of 2+ prior projects serving as project manager to deliver JDE EnterpriseOne or JDE World applications
• Proven track record in project management, and be able to provide project documentation
• Identify business problems, translating problems into project requirements
• Design software solutions to satisfy business requirements
• Use technology to solve business problems
• Identify business problems and turn them into opportunities and projects
• Perform business process mapping and analysis
• Define technology solution designs and develop specifications
• ERP Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting

Professional Skills Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university is required; Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or Industrial/Systems engineering preferred

Consultant/Analyst

The JD Edwards Consultant is responsible for leading the functional configuration of the JD Edwards/EnterpriseOne applications for the purpose of an upgrade or new implementation. The primary responsibilities for this candidate include configuring EnterpriseOne software to meet business requirements and collaborating with client to define key business processes. The ideal candidate will be able to work directly with our clients to define business requirements, make recommendations on system configuration and possess the skills to lead the system configuration, training and testing activities.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of prior consulting experience with a minimum 2+ years in JDE EnterpriseOne
• Experience in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Job Cost
• Experience in Home Builder, Contract Management, Warranty Management, HCM/Payroll a Plus+
• Implementation and support on J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne or higher (versions 8.9, 8.10, 8.11 or 8.12)
• Candidates must possess leadership skills and be highly motivated and multitask oriented
• Ability to work with Client and Managers to interpret and document business requirements and business decisions
• Experience in Business Process Optimization, Improvement or Re-engineering
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Complete functional designs and review technical designs for custom reports, interfaces or enhancements
